On the afternoon of November 12, Geoffrey E. Foy, Ph.D., Vice Provost of Pacific Lutheran University, visited our institute for exchange accompanied by Li Zhenguo, General Manager of SICE Global Education Group. President Fu Bing received the delegation and held a symposium in Meeting Room 802 of the Administration Building. The heads of the Office, Academic Affairs Office, Faculty of Continuing Education, Faculty of International Education and other relevant departments attended the meeting. The symposium was hosted by Office Chief Geng Xiaodong.

At the meeting, President Fu Bing extended a warm welcome to the arrival of the delegation headed by Geoffrey E. Foy, Ph.D., and introduced the history of our institute, the situation of running and the basic situation of international exchange work. Geoffrey E. Foy, Ph.D. introduced the history, philosophy, student composition and international exchanges and cooperation of Pacific Lutheran University, and detailed the long history and rich experience of exchanges and cooperation between Pacific Lutheran University and domestic undergraduate and junior colleges. Afterwards, the two sides discussed the 3+1 junior college to undergraduate top-up training program, the 3+1+1 junior college to master top-up training program, and the exchange of visits between teachers and students.

After the meeting, the delegation headed by Geoffrey E. Foy, Ph.D. visited the Xiyuan Lu Campus accompanied by the head of the office.
