On the morning of May 8, Section Chief of the International Exchange Section of the Tourism Strategy Promotion Department of Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan Kaida Yukari, Director-in-Charge Mitsui Mayuko, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries Jiang Lu, Deputy Director of the Suzhou Foreign Affairs Office and People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries Office Chen Yao and two Japanese interpreters came to our institute to explain and publicize the Japanese language and Japanese culture training program.

President Fu Bing, Vice President Kong Tingting, Office Director Geng Xiaodong of the institute, and Dean Jiang Bingkun of the Faculty of International Education received the delegation headed by Section Chief Kaida Yukari. President Fu extended gracious welcome to them and the two sides exchanged views on the international cooperation between our institute and the Japanese counterpart.

After the meeting of exchange, Section Chief Kaida and her party gave a presentation on the Japanese language and Japanese culture training program at the International Exchange Center. The teachers and students of the business Japanese classes attended the presentation. At the meeting, Section Chief Kaida introduced Ishikawa Prefecture in detail and Director-in-Charge Mitsui elaborated on the contents, characteristics, time and charges of the exchange program and answered the questions of the students.
