A group of four including Dean Chris Marshall of the University of Bedfordshire Business School and Manager Shi Lu of Jiangsu Friend Overseas Education Consulting Co., Ltd paid a visit to our institute on March 28. Vice President of the institute Zhou Jun and the leaders in charge of the office of the institute, the Faculty of International Education and the Faculty of Smart Agriculture attended the exchange meeting which was presided over by Office Director Geng Xiaodong.

At the meeting, Vice President Zhou Jun gave the delegation headed by Dean Chris Marshall a warm welcome and introduced the historical development, the situation of running, the current conditions and future plans of international exchanges of the institute. Dean Chris Marshall introduced the basic information of the University of Bedfordshire and cases of international cooperation with related universities and colleges, and elaborated on the specialties like international trade practice, tourism management and computer application technology for our two schools. Finally, the two sides made in-depth exchanges on specialty construction, short-term teacher-student reciprocal visits, the improvement of students' academic qualifications and other aspects.

After the meeting, Dean Chris Marshall visited the Xiyuan Road campus.
